75-minute webinar video replay: Taming the E-mail Beast for New and/or Web Outlook Users -- this is a similar video to above, but with all software demos in the New and/or Web Outlook versions.
For each version above, program purchasers will also get a coordinated video summary document built from the live transcript of the session -- this will allow the user to follow along and take notes

Video #1: Taming the E-mail Beast for Outlook Users: The Problem and The Process -- an in-depth 2-hour video program on why e-mail management is such an important area for training and skill development for professional users, including the basic strategies of Randy's "Taming E-mail" decision system that leads to greater efficiency, organization, and prioritization.
Video #2: Taming the E-mail Beast for Outlook Users: Critical Automations, Reducing Distractions, and Even a bit of A.I. with Copilot! -- this 2-hour video builds on the critical strategies shared in video one, but focuses on time-saving automations for outgoing messages, reducing junk & spam, identifying your most important senders as well as managing notifications and reducing distractions for more e-mail mastery. This program also ends with a discussion on how to better start and work your day by putting e-mail in proper place and perspective.
These two "mastery" level videos go in much greater depth than the webinar replays listed above, and intentionally show demos in both the Classic and New/Web versions of the Outlook software throughout.
A new feature of these in-depth videos is the "25-40 minute" Daily Segment Plans -- following these plans, the viewer can watch these videos in more manageable 25-40 minute daily segments, breaking up each video into 4-5 days of targeted video training -- especially useful for those that plan to have the videos open while actually practicing the new technical skills in the different versions of the software.
Specific PDF document handouts, with key learning points in each of the daily segments (as well as time stamp markers for where to start and stop each day) are also provided for the program viewer. AND, a full listing of the raw transcript of the program with related time-stamp markers is also provided, allowing the student to potentially jump to the content that is of most interest to them, either in their initial viewing or in subsequent targeted practice sessions.
